This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order on svarnimfarms.com.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
For prepaid/online payments, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment is deducted.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse the delivery or raise a return request after receiving the item as per our Return & Refund Policy.
